Annual Meeting Notice

Please mark your calendars for Saturday, August 24th starting at 11AM and join your neighbors at the Community Commons Area (take Silver Fox to Cub to Mountain Sheep) to hear what's been happening this year in your neighborhood!

We have invited Think Wild's Beaver Works Coordinator to join us as our guest speaker, and talk about how beavers and their work can play a key role in wildfire mitigation, carbon sequestration, improved water quality, and much more. We will also learn about some of Beaver Works' projects in La Pine State Park and beyond.

The board and committees will provide updates on projects that have been completed this

year and/or are ongoing to include: FireWise, our new website, amending and updating our Building Use and Restrictions/ CC&Rs, and information about future projects, including an upcoming survey asking for owner input on how you would like your future assessments used.

If you haven't returned your ballot yet, you still have time. August 18th is the deadline.

You can mail it, drop it off to a current board member, or bring it with you to the meeting.

To establish a quorum, the POA needs owners of 89 lots present or by proxy.

Lunch will be provided following the meeting and we hope to see you there!!
