Upcoming Events for DRRH6 - Parts 1& 2

Hi Everyone -

It's that time of year again! There are a few events coming up that your POA would like to make sure you note on your calendar.

The Annual Meeting: Every year in August, we hold an annual meeting of owners to share what the POA Board has accomplished over the last year and to hold elections for a new POA Board. This year, the Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, August 22nd from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Common Area on Mountain Sheep.

We will be sending out more information about this meeting by email. The email will contain the newsletter from the current POA President, Dennis King, biographies of candidates running for the 2026/2027 POA Board, and an electronic ballot. Owners not utilizing email will be sent this information via US Mail.

If you are interested in joining the POA Board, please submit a short biography sharing a little about yourself and your interest in serving on the board. The bios should be sent to: Jen Lawrence, POA Secretary at: drrh6poasec@drrh6.com not later than Friday, July 24th so that your information can be included with the other candidates and your name can be added to the ballot.

The current board is also requesting volunteers to help with the set-up and take down on the day of the Annual Meeting as well as others to help with general "tidying up" of the Common Area a few days prior to the meeting. If you can help with either or both of these requests, please contact Jen at the above mentioned email and let her know what days, times you can be available.
