Updates - Assessments are on their way

Hi Everyone -

2026/2027 ASSESSMENTS

Just a note to let you know that the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Assessments will be on their way to your inboxes (or mailboxes if you haven't given us your email address) this week.

The period covered by the assessment is from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

The amount per taxable lot this year is $40.00 and will be due by January 1, 2027.

Offering the online payment option proved to be very successful last year, so we will be using Square again this year that allows you to pay online with a credit card or ACH from your bank. We will also accept checks for payment and those can be sent to the mailing address that will be listed at the bottom of your invoice.

DRRH6 POA MEETING DATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027

The POA Board would like you to consider attending a POA meeting this year or two this fiscal year to hear what the Board is planning for our community. Meeting dates and times are listed below.

Wednesday, January, 13, 2027 6:00 PM

Wednesday, March, 10, 2027 6:00 PM

Wednesday, May 12, 2027 6:00 PM

Wednesday, July 14, 2027 6:00 PM

Wednesday, August, 11, 2027 6:00 PM

Annual Meeting - Saturday, August 21, 2027 11:00 AM

Meetings are announced in several ways:

WEBSITE: A notice is posted on the home page for upcoming meetings at www.drrh6.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting with the location with *Google Meet information attached. Once an agenda for the meeting is finalized a reminder post with a with the agenda is done. (Usually, a day or two prior to the meeting)

POSTED AT THE DRRH6 MAILBOXES: A paper notice will be posted three days prior to the meeting on the bulletin board. 

EMAIL: Once the final agenda has been reviewed by the board, a meeting reminder email will be sent, with the agenda.  (Usually, a day or two prior to the meeting)

*Google Meet - Free service that provides online meeting and telephone access to those not able to meet in person.
