You are invited to join in on the conversation that began a year ago to make proposed changes to the 1965 Building Use and Restrictions (BURS) document that informs our community of the way in which we are allowed to utilize our properties. The original BURS, created in 1965, contain outdated as well as some ambiguious language that has, on occasion, created confusion and misinterpretations of what the original intent of these guidelines were meant to be.
