Hi Neighbors!

The first week of the Sweat Equity Green Bin Rental Program has been an overwhelming success. We have three bins placed so far, (on Blacktail, Mule Deer and Elk) with two already being filled to the brim and emptied quickly by the Republic team. We have many weeks left of this program and many yards/lots that could and should take advantage of this program to remove fire fuels from yards.

Do you have space to place a bin on your lot to facilitate flammable fire fuel removal from your space and your neighbors? If yes, please fill out this form or email drrh6vp@drrh6.com.

All of these hours of work clearing property can go towards the neighborhood's Firewise certifications, so please log your hours here.

Finally, if you need help with your property, email drrh6vp@drrh6.com and we can work to get assistance focused on your lot. Right now, we have a work party planned on May 17 on Red Fox and we have volunteers available to help May 24 where needed.

were we to receive any type of notification that these bins would be available? Until I saw this post, I knew nothing, and talking with some neighbors, they also knew nothing about this being available.

Hello Tenos and neighbors, the primary method to communicate with the community is via the DRRH6.com webpage and posts at the mailbox. If you do not want to miss any posts about this program or others we will have in the future, please be sure to subscribe to Marketing emails under settings in your profile in the Owners Portal. Don't have a profile yet? sign up using the Owner Portal button on the top right of the page. The good news is DRRH6 will have access to the bins through the end of June, so everyone still has plenty of time to work on removing flammable fire fuels.

What a great program you have helped put together. I believe this is the best fuel reduction program I have seen in the 17 years I have been here. Glad to see a work party on Red Fox. They had many trees downed in that last wet, heavy snow.
